General criminal law and investigative custody

In addition to conventional white-collar crime, Plan A also defends their clients against general criminal charges. These include, for example, investigations into negligent bodily injury, negligent homicide, fraud, extortion or juvenile justice cases.

For us, this also includes fine proceedings for excessive speeding. Regardless of what the charges are, we always defend you with the same passion.

As a procedural safeguard, the state may decide to place you in investigative custody. This is a huge restriction of your freedom. Investigative custody is rightly considered a deprivation of an innocent person´s liberty. Plan A – Criminal law firm will not let you down here either.
